What happens next
On receiving a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the uploader with a copy of the notice.
Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court, and your signature. We may restore the material if the original complainant does not file a court action within the period the law allows.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices will have their publishing rights withdrawn and may be terminated.
